Survey on Intersectoral Collaboration

Dear respondent,

In this survey, a working definition of intersectoral collaboration is given as:

A. Participation by governmental agencies and/or private businesses, nonprofit organizations and citizen groups.

B. It aims to collectively address complicated social and economic problems (for example, economic development, high school dropout and juvenile crime) within a jurisdiction rather than providing public services such as snow removal and garbage collection via privatization and contracting out.

C.There is a signed agreement on sharing resources, power and responsibilities.

Please record only one response to each question unless otherwise noted.

Thank you in advance for your time and effort

Sincerely
