1. Introduction
Thank you for participating in this process to develop the Hillside District Plan. To be most successful, the plan needs to reflect the knowledge and preferences of Hillside residents, property owners, and others with a stake in the future of the Hillside. This site presents a place to express and share community views, which will be used to shape the plan and help find common ground. Your comments are a key part of developing a plan that will be supported by the community.
Because of the complexity of the Hillside District Plan and because we anticipate a large number of comments, we are setting up a variety of ways for people to express their views. One of the most important is the series of public workshops. Another means for those who won’t attend the workshops or want to add additional comments is this online comment form, which is designed to efficiently record and use your input.
Because the Planning Team for the Hillside District Plan includes staff from several different Municipal departments and consulting firms, as well as the Citizen Advisory Committee, we created this form to organize comments by topic so that they can be sent directly to the individuals involved in each particular topic. The comments submitted through this form will be compiled periodically and posted to the website.

3. Drainage
4. Onsite Systems
5. Public Water & Sewer
6. Transportation
