North & Northeast Portland Bicycle Boulevards

Bicycle boulevards are a new tool being used to increase the appeal and safety of bicycling in Portland. Bicycle boulevards are low-traffic neighborhood streets optimized for bicyclists, making them comfortable for both new and experienced riders. They are direct, providing a safe and attractive alternative to riding along busy arterial streets.

The Bicycle Transportation Alliance is developing a plan for a new network of bicycle boulevards in North and Northeast Portland. You can help by sharing information about where you like to ride your bike in North and Northeast Portland.
