PART 2: TEACHER-LEVEL FACTORS

This instrument is designed assess perceptions about the performance of your school based on three teacher-level factors associated with the largest student achievement gains as reported in educational research studies. The results of the survey will help to pinpoint the most likely areas that will need to be addressed to increase student achievement in your school or district.

The complete What Works in Schools survey includes three parts. This segment deals with Teacher-Level Factors. Other segments include School-Level Factors and Student-Level Factors. Responses are confidential and will be compiled with those of other staff members.
