My name is John Tenuto, and I am a sociology teacher at the College of Lake County in Grayslake, Illinois. I would like to ask you to share your opinions about the Star Trek phenomenon. Your answers will be reported in summary form only, along with the answers of others taking the survey. Your name or other identifying information will not be asked.
