Some leaders defy the odds and fly fast in their first 90 days in a new job. We're curious what makes them successful so we’ve created a survey to help us better understand how the best fly fastest. The purpose of the survey is to get your opinion about which behaviors most accelerate the performance of senior leaders (typically VP & above) early on in their new job.
We define a new job as an internal transfer, promotion or external hire.
