Please take a few minutes to respond to this survey. The questions are based on the evaluations submitted after the last three FSCS Professional Development Conferences. The Steering Committee would like to meet your needs as much as possible, and your input will help us to do that.

We also need your input about other relevant issues, so some non-conference questions are included.

You are likely aware that the organization of our partners is undergoing transition. Additional information will be available at this year's conference. There's a press release about this transition available at the Web site of the Institute of Museum and Library Services. So at the end we solicit your questions about this change. There are two Steering Committee meetings prior to the December conference, and we will try to get answers to your questions.
