Welcome to the Rural Library Sustainability Project!
This pre-assessment is one of the primary evaluation tools for our project, and we use it to establish a baseline for measuring the impact of the workshops, and to give trainers a preview of their workshop participants so that they can tailor the workshop to your needs!
Your time and candid answers are very much appreciated. Please note that the only use of this information is to evaluate our program - we are NOT looking at your individual library's performance.
The survey is composed of 25 questions, and should take about 15 - 20 minutes to complete. If you share a computer, the survey is set up so that more than one person can fill in the survey - however, that means that the survey needs to be filled out in one session.
