1. Basic Info
 | The Brother ULT2001, ULT2002, and ULT2003 are now older top-of-the-line machines that were sold by the Brother Company through it's extensive home-sewing-machine dealer network for several years.
They have a large touch-screen display, a 10"x6" maximum hoop size and many features that are still considered "high-end" by most home-embroiderers. Designs are transferred to the machine via a special memory card or via floppy disk.
The original list price was about $5,995. This is a single-needle embroidery machine designed for both home use. It also does standard sewing by removing the embroidery unit. A similar machine was sold with the Babylock label on it as the "Ellageo" model. The Brother machines ending in "D" (EX: ULT-2003-D) could use the Brother licensed Disney design cards.
