Welcome to the Class of 89 15th Reunion Survey.

The survey is completely confidential and all questions are optional, meaning you should feel free to simply skip over any question you don't want to answer for any reason.

The survey is a little long (64 questions in all), but it has been designed to be answered quickly while still covering a lot of ground. It is mainly meant to be fun but also a little thought provoking. Our best guess is that you could answer all 64 questions in as little as five minutes to an upper range of 15-20 minutes if you agonized over a bunch of your responses.

The survey results will be presented at the 15th reunion Friday night (and will also be made available online) but only in the aggregate. In fact, no individual survey results will even be compiled.
