Neighborhood Resource Officers

Beginning in 2014 the La Crosse Police Department implemented a new community policing strategy with the Neighborhood Resource Officers (NRO's). The NRO's in the Washburn Neighborhood are Officer Dan Ulrich and Officer Tyler Rachwal. These two officers are a dedicated unit working only in the Washburn Neighborhood. This anonymous survey will assist the police department in the future to improve the relationship with the Washburn Neighborhood
