Steward Healthcare: Lordstown Community Survey

Dear Lordstown Community Member,

Steward Healthcare which locally includes Trumbull Regional Medical Center, Sharon Regional Medical Center and Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital as well as several outpatient facilities throughout the Mahoning and Shenango Valley area is seeking your opinion.

We are conducting a brief survey of the Lordstown community and asking members of the Lordstown area to take a few moments to help us understand your healthcare needs. We are looking for areas you feel you need more health care options. We appreciate your participation and feedback and look forward to hearing from you!

About Us:

Steward Health Care is focused on providing the community convenient, compassionate care.
