Snow services injury survey

SIMA is seeking input on safety in the workplace. So much focus is given to consumer slip and falls that the people in the field working to make sites safer do so at great personal health risk. Your responses will help us get more information on the types of injuries taking place in the industry and allow us to create training resources to help protect your team. This information is completely anonymous, only aggregate data will be reviewed/published by SIMA.

The survey below is focused on full time or part time employees for your organization, and not on subcontractors our patrons/clients at a specific site. Please only report injuries/lost time that resulted due to snow and ice management work/operations.
