Thank you for participating in Not-for-profit Law's "Governance Health Check". Our Governance Health Check is a confidential process to help improve governance systems and processes within your not-for-profit organisation.
This questionnaire is designed to provide us with a snapshot of your governance arrangements, which we will analyse to provide targeted recommendations and practical steps your organisation can take to improve governance.
You will need:
- 10-20 minutes to complete the questionnaire - A copy of your rules/constitution - Some basic details about your organisation (ie legal structure, ABN, details of charity status)
- Authority to register on behalf of your organisation
