The purpose of this survey is to collect data on housing need to ensure local needs are met in any future development. Filling in the survey will not affect any application you make for affordable housing. This survey is being run independently by Devon Communities Together.
This form is to be completed ONLY if you:
- need to move in the next 5 years, AND
- wish to live within the parish of Sampford Peverall, Halberton, Burlescombe or Uplowman.

Completed forms must be received by 19 May 2026.
Confidentiality and Data Protection: This form is anonymous. The information you provide will only be used by DCT to provide information for the Housing Needs Survey Report and summary information on rural housing need.
