* 13. By signing this registration form, I certify that I have read and understand the 15 Wing Military Family Camping Program (MFCP) Policies, including the damage waiver, non-smoking policy, and pet policy and agree to abide by those policies while at the RV & Campground.

Damage Waiver: A "Camper Damage and Inventory" Checklist are part of the MFCP policies and form part of the overall rental agreement.  Upon completion of stay the same checklist will be used to verify inventory, as well as assess any unit damage and cleanliness issues (interior and exterior; man-made or by pets).  If there are no items missing, no damage and/ or cleaning that needs to be addressed there will be no additional charges.  If there is damage done and/ or cleaning required and/ or items missing the renter named in this registration request form will be responsible and charged the cleaning and/ or damage cost and/ or the replacement cost.

* 14. Non-Smoking Policy:  SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE RV.
If the unit smells of smoke, you will be charged a minimum of two hours at $50.00/ hour cleaning fee in order to eliminate the odour.

* 16. Refund Policy:
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.
Refunds may be granted based on the following circumstances:
- Full refunds will be granted if notice is received and acknowledged 3 business days prior to check in.
- If reservations are cancelled less than 3 business days from check in then you will be charged 30% of your booking fee.
- Severe circumstances beyond your control impact your ability to participate in our programs.
- Medical or military related reasons will be authorized prior to the reservation start date.
