The Town of Manlius is updating its Zoning Code, and your input is an important part of the process.

About the Zoning Code Update
Zoning helps shape how a community changes over time by guiding the type, size, location, and design of development and redevelopment. Aligning with Smart Growth principles, the Zoning Code Update for the Town of Manlius will help implement the vision established in the 2023 Comprehensive Plan.
What to Expect
The survey includes three parts:
  1. General questions about your interaction with the Zoning Code
  2. Preferences for building and site design by use type*
  3. Feedback on emerging land use trends and overall zoning needs

How Your Input Will Be Used
Your feedback will help identify what is working well today and where changes may be needed to better support the future of the Town of Manlius. Individual responses will be kept confidential. Survey results will be summarized, shared with the public, and used to help inform the Zoning Code Update.
