The diabetic eye screening services are currently under review and will be changing in 2015, to have a more co-ordinated service; which will be able to provide the same, high quality service across London irrespective of postcode, age, gender, ethnicity or other factors.

Patients’ views are being sought to help inform decisions about which organisations might be chosen to provide diabetic eye screening services. Where relevant, carers views are also being sought (where we use 'you' we are referring to the person with diabetes).

The survey will be open between Monday 2nd and Wednesday 25th February 2015.

Your views will help, where possible, to shape the way eye screening services will be provided across London from October 2015.
