Southern NSW Local Health District is working with Council, Department of Regional NSW, Transport NSW, Office of the Cross Border Commissioner and other partners to improve healthy ageing in your community.
 
Healthy ageing in the community means having support to live at home as independently as possible for as long as possible.
 
Ideas from community members about healthy ageing in Bombala and Delegate will help us work together to better support people to grow older at home.
 
We will be holding community meetings on 22-27th May in your area. Please watch local community spaces, information sources and contacts for information.
