Handcuffing Techniques November 3, 2016

This  course will reinforce the basics of handcuffing. Both top and bottom handcuffing application will be explored. In addition, counter-measures to resistance, body positioning and control methods will be addressed.

Officers should wear tactical uniforms or athletic clothing, duty belt with handcuffs, case and key.
