The Glacier View Lodge Planning Study SURVEY is a survey intended to help plan for the future of the Glacier View Lodge Property.
Glacier View Lodge is a non-profit complex care facility in Courtenay, BC. As part of their commitment to the community, Glacier View Lodge has an interest in creating a development plan and vision for the 42 acres of land adjoining the Lodge.
Vancouver Island University (VIU) Master of Community Planning students have joined with Glacier View Lodge to help create a visioning plan for the site. A visioning plan results in a concept development plan and outlines community aspirations, goals and principles as a foundation for development decision making. In order to create this plan, the following survey asks a number of key questions to gain community input for the vision for the property.
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and there is a section at the end to add further comments. All survey results are randomized and will not be linked to survey participants. The data derived from the survey will be tabulated and combined to help inform the vision for the property.
