The Freeway Park Association (FPA) has been building community and improving Freeway Park since 1993. In partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation* and the Department of Neighborhoods, FPA has made great strides toward the enrichment of our Park and our community and seeks to engage its neighbors in a participatory dialogue about the future of the Park, the Neighborhood and the City.
