Launched in June 2015 Connecting for Life 2015 - 2020 is the national suicide prevention strategy. In response to the national strategy, every county in Ireland is preparing a local suicide prevention action plan. In order to ensure that the views and ideas of the people of Cork are taken into account in preparing the plan, we are asking you to complete this short survey.   We will use all of the responses to develop local, evidence-based actions that will help help to prevent suicide and reduce self-harm in Cork.
