Hi CoC partners, 

As part of this year's Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition, all renewal projects need to provide their "all-in" program operating budget for a 1-year grant term for program costs.

This information will be used as part of a program-level cost-effectiveness measure that will serve as this year's tie-breaker for programs with an otherwise identical rating and ranking score. Cost effectiveness will only be directly compared across projects of the same type (i.e. PSH, RRH, TH).

If you are reporting for multiple programs, please complete one survey per program.

All surveys are due by Wednesday, May 8, at 12:00 PM (noon).
