On behalf of Special Olympics Pennsylvania's Competition Team and Central Fall Sectional Committee, I want to thank you for taking the time to complete the 2021 Central Fall Sectional Athlete Input Survey.
Athelte Input Surveys are an opportunity for athltes like you to share what you enjoyed most about this event and how SOPA can improve this event in the future. Before completing this survey, please keep in mind that in order to host this event, SOPA's first and foremost priority is to keep all athletes, coaches, volunteers, staff and spectators as safe as possible.
While your responses will be shared anonymously, please remember that all responses will be shared with the appropriate staff and Games Organizing Committee members. This survey will consist of a series of multiple choice and optional open ended follow up questions. If you answer a multiple choice question with "excellent", you do not need to answer the open ended follow up question. If however, you answer a question with "average" or "poor", please briefly explain why you answered it that way to help us get a better understanding on what can be improved.
