The University of Maryland Charles County Regional Medical Center, along with its partners, the Charles County Department of Health and the Partnerships for a Healthier Charles County, are conducting a community health needs assessment to better understand the health issues in Charles County. We are asking your assistance in completing a survey regarding your current health status, your risk and protective factors for disease, and your perceptions of the state of health in Charles County. The results of this survey will help us to develop new programs and enhance current programs to address the biggest health needs in the county.
