Athlete Representative II Practicum Report Form

Athlete Leadership University

Following completion of Athlete Representative II, you will be asked to submit AT LEAST 3 report forms for your practicum. Thes projects CANNOT be the same as projects completed for your Athlete Representative I Practicum. Please refer to the list of potential projects to choose from. If you have a project in mind that's not on the list, please contact Manager of Athlete Leadership & Young Athletes, Jordan Schubert at 610-630-9450 ext. 236.

Once you have completed at least three, you will become eligible to receive your degree in governance from Athlete Leadership University. However, we ask that you continue to submit these reports to keep SOPA staff updated on your activity as an Athlete Representative.
