We need to talk about the telcos

This survey is about your experience as a financial counsellor working with telcos. It should take 5-10 mins to complete. Your responses will be anonymous.

We are doing this now because the telecommunication industry says there isn't enough data to justify their sector's inclusion in the proposed industry funding model for financial counselling. We'll therefore be sharing the results with the telco industry and possibly more widely.

We need your response by COB this Thursday 1 April. We will release the results just after Easter.
