If you would like to share a suggestion, comment, or concern you have about research at Hennepin Healthcare, please complete the online form below. You can also contact the Hennepin Healthcare Human Research Protection Office at HRPO@hhrinstitute.org or (612) 873-6881. Anyone can submit feedback, including research participants, family members or others. Thank you for providing input.

IMPORTANT: Feedback is reviewed once daily, Monday through Friday.

If you are a study participant and need to contact the researcher, you can find that information on the consent form or other information shared with you by the study team.
