Have Your Say! Council's Corporate Plan 2027 -2032

Thank you for sharing your thoughts prior to the creation of a new CHRC Corporate Plan 2027-2032.

The corporate plan is all about where we are headed together as a region. It’s not an operational plan – it is a critical, overarching roadmap for where we, as a region, want to be in five years time. And, it is reflective of community concerns, values and aspirations.

With the current corporate plan coming to an end in 2027, and our new CEO at the helm, the Mayor and Councillors are looking to ensure we are clear on what we have heard from community so far via other consultation and visioning engagement, and build on this specific to the development of a new corporate plan.

This survey should only take around ten minutes to complete, and your information and insights will remain anonymous.

Your feedback is appreciated, so let’s get started!
