2023-2024 St. Patrick's Out of the Cold Program - Volunteer Survey

Thank you for your support and interest in volunteering in this year’s program running from November 18 to March 31.  Please note that in order to make things more predictable for volunteers, we will be attempting to build a schedule that rotates every 2 or 3 weeks (depending on number of volunteers).  Please respond to the following questions to help us create a volunteer schedule that works for everyone.  

BOOK IT IN YOUR CALENDAR: Please plan to attend a mandatory orientation session taking on Oct 29 @ 2pm in St. Patrick's Church Parish Hall.  The entrance to St. Patrick's Hall is located just north of the main entrance of the Church at 131 McCaul Street.

2.Please supply your email address that we will use to contact you about volunteer scheduling
3.Please supply your 10-digit telephone number we will use to contact you with urgent requests
4.From the list below, please select all the roles you are interested in performing keeping in mind that the shift end times are approximates.  Some days your shift may end later if there is still work to be completed.  

Cooking teams will work on the supervision of Chef Michael or Chef Peter.
5.Please select all the dates below that you are available to volunteer from 10am onward.
6.Please confirm you are able to attend the mandatory volunteer orientation session on October 29th at 2pm.
