The conference exhibition is currently full. To be put on the wait list please fill out this application and if a table opens up we will contact you.
The Conference Exhibition (Expo) showcases nonprofit organizations and industry vendors that provide unique services and resources to those who serve and care for youth.
Nonprofits
Conference attendees will learn first-hand about your program/organization, and get a sense of the multitude and diversity of nonprofit organizations serving youth. It is an opportunity to educate and share resources with peers. Fees for nonprofit agency are FREE for half table, $150/full table, and a $50 assessed if no show.
Vendors
An expo table on the day of the Conference will provide companies access to over 700 youth-serving professionals. These professionals serve more than 500 nonprofit organizations and agencies in Essex County, with a combined staff of thousands. Exhibiting at the YAR Conference will help increase a company’s exposure to this important market and the organizations with which they are connected. Fee for businesses to set up an table: $250. Space must be reserved.

Application for Exhibition
Staffing of table is limited to 1 person. A table and 1 chair are provided. If those staffing a table plan to attend workshops, they must register and pay the $75 fee. Set up must occur the previous day (the 8th) between 1pm – 3pm at the North Campus McKeown Plaza at Salem State University. Breakdown is by 4:00 pm on the day of the conference. Exhibitors must comply with set up and break down times or forfeit booth.
