Health and emergency management officials need your feedback as they plan a public information and distribution strategy for the COVID-19 vaccine. Learn about the benefits of the COVID vaccine, information on the safety of the vaccines and how the CDC is making vaccine recommendations. If you have questions or concerns, talk with your medical provider about how you can best protect yourself and your family from COVID-19 to help make your best decision. Please note this survey is for Santa Rosa County, Florida residents only.
