The Center for Rural Health Development is now accepting applications two rural communities to join Wild, Wonderful & Healthy West Virginia (WWHWV) to begin a journey to improve health and strengthen local economies by build lasting partnerships and creating long-term change. Completing this application is your first step toward turning community ideas into real, sustainable action.

After you complete and submit the New Communities Interest Form, the WWHWV team will review your submission and reach out to schedule an introductory meeting. This meeting will provide a detailed overview of the WWHWV program, discuss your community’s goals, outline timelines and next steps, and answer any questions you may have about the program.
