Washington Father-specific Resources and Programs

The Washington Interagency Fatherhood Council seeks your input on services that are available for fathers in our state. Our members have told us that services for fathers can be difficult to find.

The purpose of this survey is:

1) To find programs that are specifically targeting fathers.

2) To be able to share those programs with people who connect with resources.

What information do we collect?
By answering the following questions, you agree to share the answers publicly. We will share
this basic contact information so that clients and service providers can find your organization(s).

We recognize that some service providers might have changed to meet the needs of the community during COVID-19 crisis. We ask that you answer the survey questions based on your work before the outbreak.
If you have any questions you can reach out to Amanda (krotekab@dshs.wa.gov)
