Community Infrastructure Levy – Your Chance To Decide

The Community Infrastructure Levy, CIL, is a charge on developers when building a new development. The amount of CIL monies transferred to Congleton Town Council to date is £ 21,684.

We are asking residents to decide which one of the three options below you wish our CIL monies of £ 21,684 to be spent on.

Public Realm – maintaining bins, benches, signage (street furniture).

Install three gates on Bridge Street and Little Street to safeguard pedestrians and cyclists between 10 am and 4 pm
