Hello,
Just like physical health, Mental Health is an important part of living a happy life. Whether its handling stress, tension, loneliness, managing relationships with friends or family or simply having a positive outlook on life, mental health plays a very important role in everyone’s wellbeing.
Wellbeing is about feeling comfortable healthy and happy.
Also, mental health and wellbeing is important because it empowers us to take better care of ourselves and others.
Sometimes people, both adults and young people struggle with their mental health and wellbeing and need some support.
