This survey is run by Roots to Work and Sustain: the alliance for better food and farming. It aims to provide insight into the views of young people, students and graduates (aged 16-30) from predominantly underrepresented ethnic backgrounds of the sustainable food and farming sector, and understand how to better engage this cohort.
