CNLA Growers Priorities

Have your say in how Growers Canada Committee advocates for you!

In order to help us better understand where the CNLA Growers Canada committee should focus its efforts, chair Jeff Olsen has developed this short, 5-minute survey. Individual responses will be kept confidential, and all answers will be aggregated to protect that confidentiality.

Labour issues are at the forefront of concern and tend to always float to the top, so you will notice more emphasis in the survey on labour. This is so that we can understand today’s nursery farm workers profile, the risks Canada’s nursery sector faces due to labour issues and where CNLA can advocate for support from federal initiatives related to farm labour.
