4.To what extent do you agree, and can support, the four recommendations as outlined?

Recommendation 1
: Adjust grade configuration and boundaries to improve utilization and demographic balance.
*Realign Area 1 middle schools and adjust attendance boundaries to create well balanced schools and a direct feeder pattern for SAHS and AHS.
*Trolley Run Station neighborhood becomes part of Area 1.
*A portion of Area 1 along the Savannah River Site and the Barnwell County line becomes part of Area 5.
*Adjust Middle School boundary in Area 3 in anticipation of continued growth in the Leavelle McCampbell zone & to generate a direct feeder pattern through elementary, middle and high school.

Recommendation 2: Expand Midland Valley High School.

Recommendation 3: Upgrade and expand high-utilization elementary facilities for future growth and safety.

Recommendation 4: Acquire a donated parcel of land, approximately 85 acres, to build an elementary and middle school in Area 2.
