InnPower Customer Survey - Planning for the Future

InnPower is inviting customers to take part in a short three-question survey to help us better understand what matters most within the communities we serve. The feedback we receive helps guide how we plan for the future while continuing to provide safe, reliable electricity.
The survey will be open from March 12, 2026 to March 26, 2026.
The survey contains just three questions, and all responses will remain anonymous.

As one of the fastest growing electrical utilities in Ontario, InnPower maintains a service territory of 292 square kilometers (the same size as Mississauga). This includes over 10,000 poles, close to 1,000 kilometers of power lines and 10 distribution stations each with an incoming voltage of 44,000 volts.
