Guidelines for Entering the EVANZ Awards

Nominator information:
  1. The individual nominating may be a member or non-member of the association. It is preferable to inform the nominee prior to the submission, however it is not mandatory.
  2. In all cases the nominee must be a paid up member of EVANZ as of 1 October 2019. Employers, employees and colleagues may nominate each other as well as themselves.
  3. Non finalist nominations will remain confidential.
  4. Please refer to the full terms and conditions on the EVANZ website.
To complete a nomination:
  1. Fill in your contact details and select the category you're nominating for.
  2. To complete Venue and Excellence  entries you'll need to have a high res logo and a photograph ready.
  3. Please limit each answer to a maximum of  300 words.
  4. Further supporting evidence can be emailed separately to admin@evanz.co.nz
