REGISTRATION for TCP Spring 2021

The Team Coaching Program (TCP) is based on the Team Coaching Model grounded in research, theory, practical application, and literature. Program focus is on the development of knowledge and skills necessary to successfully coach frontline teams in their improvement efforts.

Participants will develop:
• Fundamentals in applied clinical microsystem theory and practice.
• A structured organized process (The Team Coaching Model) for coaching interprofessional teams who are working to improve healthcare
• Team coaching skills and capabilities to advance leadership.
• An individualized coaching plan for personal and professional development as a team coach.

Participants benefit from a baseline and post-program assessment of their coaching capabilities and team improvement skills (The Quality Improvement Assessment Tool - a validated instrument to measure and report improvement knowledge and skills before and after the Team Coaching Program).

This is a 5-month series that blends virtual and face‑to‑face learning sessions.

We suggest that you book your flight into Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). All major airlines fly into Boston. Arrange your Dartmouth Coach (www.dartmouthcoach.com) round-trip bus ticket from Boston Logan to Hanover, NH. The travel time on Dartmouth Coach is about 2 1/2 hours.

If you decide to rent a car, please be sure to keep weather conditions in mind.

Travel from Hanover to Lake Morey Resort
The best way to get to Lake Morey Resort is by Taxi. We suggest you share a taxi with other participants. We will be posting schedule of arrivals for you to connect with other CITs as we get closer to the Session.

The taxi cost from Hanover to Lake Morey Resort is between $65 and $75.
