SWIMMING POOL AGREEMENT
Annual execution of this Swimming Pool Agreement will be required to activate a card for access to the pool area. Execution indicates an understanding and acceptance of the rules. Execution satisfies the requirement for an orientation session prior to card activation.
The execution process may be completed here online, thru the mail, or by coming into the enTrust Association Management Office at 2823 Richmond NE during normal business hours, M-F 9am-5pm.
Before beginning you MUST have the number of the card you will be activating ON HAND. This process is designed to restrict pool use to only legitimately authorized individuals who understand and agree to the pool rules and policies of The Shores.
Upon completion, it may take 48 hours for a card to be activated.
