This survey will be the core data which the Parish Strategic Planning Committee, in conjunction with the Parish Council, Finance Council, and the Areas of Ministry will use to develop the Parish Strategic Plan. This plan will be our road map, and our Mission Statement, the compass to guide our direction over the next few years. There will be multiple opportunities to share the progress being made and to seek your further participation. Please help us in this vital first step of our journey. We look forward to your insights.
 
As you complete the survey, please keep the following in mind:
  • The survey is anonymous. Please do not include any identifying information. 
  • The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete.
  • Answer the questions keeping pre-COVID time in mind.
