Welcome and thank you for applying to the CQII Training on Coaching Basics (TCB) Program. This application is for the TCB session being held from June 28, 2023 through June 30, 2023 in Miami, FL. This training is for individuals that have attended either the CQII Training of Trainers or Training of Quality Leaders Program (or both). If you feel you have extensive quality management knowledge and wish to receive a waver of this requirement, please contact kehmisha.reid@health.ny.gov. We would be happy to consider your request.
As you begin the application process, please remember a few things:
• CQII cannot process incomplete applications. The entire form must be filled out before we begin the review of your application.
• You will be notified via email of your acceptance into the TCB session to which you applied. After notification, you will have 3 business days to respond to the acceptance email and confirm your attendance. This information will be re-stated in your acceptance email. If you need to know immediately if you are accepted, please send an email to: kehmisha.reid@health.ny.gov.
• Successful completion of the CQII Training-of Trainers Program or the Training of Quality Leaders Program is a pre-requisite to attend the TCB Program.
• If you are accepted, you agree to participate in all post-work activities. The post-work activities are a vital part of the overall TCB program.
