Public Consultation – Strategic Plan and Customer Service Action Plan

An Bord Pleanála is in the process of reviewing its current strategy and developing a new strategy in the context of our transition to An Coimisiún Pleanála. In this regard the Board seeking feedback from the public on the role, performance and our service provision. The key feedback we would like to hear is what your views are on what our focus should be on over the next three years and how we might better position itself as an organisation to deliver on the expectations of stakeholders as we transition to An Coimisiún Pleanála.
