Thank you for your interest in the Child and Adult Care Food Program.  All potential new Child and Adult Care Food Program sponsors must be open and operating for a minimum of six months prior to submitting an application to participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program.   All applicants are required to demonstrate that they are financially viable, accountable and capable of managing the Child and Adult Care Food Program.

The goal of the Child and Adult Care Food Program is to sponsor organizations to serve well-balanced meals and encourage good eating habits in all food program settings. Participation in the Child and Adult Care Food Program must help ensure the delivery of benefits to the neediest children or adult day care participants in your community. The Child and Adult Care Food Program is available to eligible child care centers, after school programs, adult day care centers, emergency shelters and Head Start programs. All program funds come from tax dollars; all funds must be spent on food-related costs for the food program; and all participating agencies must account for how these funds are used.

Please complete the survey below.  Once submitted, a program specialist will review your responses and contact the applicant via the email provided in the survey response.  The program specialist will send information on next steps in the application process.
