Self-Assessment Questionnaire for Simulation Exercises
Introduction
The questionnaire is expected to take ten minutes to complete.
This questionnaire is intended to allow countries to assess their level of advancement in relation to the planning, conduct and evaluation of simulation exercises, as part of emergency preparedness.
By completing and submitting this questionnaire, you agree for the data collected to be used by us to identify areas where countries require assistance to improve their organization of simulation exercises. Data collected will be treated in the strictest confidence and will only be reported in anonymized form.
