Multi-Hazard Mitigation Survey

This survey is intended to research the impact of natural hazards and man-made threats in Pierce County, North Dakota.  Therefore, the survey should be completed by Pierce County, North Dakota, residents or people employed in the county but live elsewhere.

The survey consists primarily of multiple-choice questions.  The first question is the only question requiring an answer to illustrate jurisdiction participation to FEMA.  The responses are not geo-tagged or tracked for location.  Your answers will not reveal your identity or location of residence.
